Either in a permanent or interim capacity, to assist during a period of change when additional knowledge is required or longer term as a part time finance director.
Specific areas of experience include accounting and business system development; cash flow management; business planning and strategy; acquisitions, assistance and advice in turning around loss making companies.
Fees are set at a competitive daily or half day rate.
